Vitalise Holidays is running an intermediate /advanced Nordic skiing holiday to Geilo in Norway from Sunday 14 to Sunday 21 of March 2010. We have visually impaired skiers booked but as yet not enough sighted skiers to guide them. Could you help?
To join this holiday you need to be an experienced and fit skier able to ski at least 30 km a day. The skiers booked on this trip are all capable and reasonably fast so you’ll need to be able to keep up and guide at the same time. You will need to have great control on downhills and be able to ski whilst observing and anticipating where the person you are guiding is going.
Training will be given in Geilo.
