The spring and early summer of 2005 wasn't as good as the year before but the threat of rain did not detract from one of the best race days we've had at the ski centre.

We did two time trials in the morning, one on the flat outer loop and one on the inner loop. This allowed people of all abilities to have a go.

In the afternoon there were knock out races on the same courses. This produced some great racing with some 6 years olds showing race savvy to envy as they held off first Eileen and then Mari.

 The final for the elite race was between Andrews Musgrave and Young, Ben Musgrave and the final Fin, Tommi. It was fantastic skiing with all 4 giving it their all - a bit of spice being added with Ben trying not to be beaten by his little brother. Well, he was and Andrew Musgrave is this year champion.
